My passion for photography began in 1999 when I acquired my first digital camera, a Nikon Coolpix 950, as a teenager. Before that, I occasionally took pictures with a film camera, mostly during family events or vacations. However, what truly captivated me about digital photography was the instant feedback—I could immediately see the effects of focus, exposure, and composition. And, of course, I loved the freedom to take as many pictures as I wanted.
Here, I am sharing some of the earliest photos from my journey with this camera. While they may not be the most inspiring images, they hold deep significance for me as they represent my beginnings in photography. It’s natural to showcase only the work we’re most proud of, but these images are a reminder of where I started—a reflection of my early curiosity and exploration behind the lens.
